Human-to-human customer service’s experience is unsustainable most of the time. Companies with bad customer experience (CX) will lose brand integrity in ways that may not be recoverable.
Dimo Lanka is a Sri Lankan company and authorized dealer for Mercedes Benz company. They have been giving 20 minutes – 2 hours introduction to every Mercedes Benz vehicle, regarding the details given by sales and marketing manager during the in-depth interview. Also they offers 24 hour customer service and breakdown service for Mercedes Benz vehicles. But the given introductions regarding the vehicles are not enough for the customers. They have lot of problems about the vehicles.

Mercedes Benz GLC C - class SUV vehicle Has been launched in Sri Lankan on 2016 January. It is already launched 2015 in Europe and they are expecting more problems from the customer regarding functions of the vehicle.
As this is complicated vehicle for the Sri Lankan Target audience, because of the options and faculties. New technology, options are something very complicated for them because of the age group. They have some weakness such as reducing capacity of memory, less capability of learning, less adaptation ability for the technology. Because of this situation, Dimo Lanka expect they will receive many calls regarding the vehicle options. So they are searching for an option in parallel to Mercedes benz which is very suitable for Sri Lankan context.
So mobile app is the easiest method for this. AR and the use of immersive spatial experience can significantly decrease the frustrations that occur when the customer’s experience. Clear, visually represented concise instructions will reduce the misunderstandings that occur and guide the client to satisfactory findings more appropriately.
System Architecture


About SUV
App gives the opportunity to identify the options of the new vehicle to the owner quickly. Also the mobile phone camera is capable to identify the indicators of the vehicle and display the related solution with other additional options. This app can identify the problem and give the solution step by step to avoid the uncomfortable situation. This is very user friendly rather than a printed or PDF user manuals.
This is functional with Augmented Reality (AR) to identify the symbol, part of the vehicle and give the available solution or details according to the situation. It depend on the requirements of the client.
Design and Development

Location
This app supports to flexible locating for the vehicle. The owner can find the parking place according to the distance, nearest road and time. Also It can search location to go and sync with car navigation system. Now it is not a problem to find the vehicle in a Unfamiliar park because of the given facility.

Contact
This app can find nearest dealer and it also can make a connection between user and dealer.

News
The app supports to market the Mercedes Benz and its easy to update the special offers, promotions, campaigns and etc.

Settings
Settings is very omportant. Because this is the thing app control your mobile device, Such as notifications, alerts, banners and sounds.
