Press Conference and
Launch in Sri Lanka
Colombo, Sri Lanka - September 26, 2017 - Samsung Electronics launched it's flagship smartphone Galaxy Note8 in Sri Lanka, offering the next level Note for people who want to do bigger things.
With Galaxy Note8, consumers get a big, immersive Infinity Display that fits comfortably in one hand, S Pen to communicate in more personal ways. According to that we created everything to experience those all new features.

Samsung Note 8 Press Conference
•Global teaser content with be played on the big screen while we have media walking into the venue.
•MC walks out to the main stage &welcomes the audience & gives a glimpse of what to expect this evening
•MC then invites the Managing Director of Samsung to come over to the stage &address the media
•Launch Speech by the MD We will have 2 beautiful models walking the stage to handover the new Samsung Note 8 to the MD. By this time we will sync the launch video & global content to the launch speech by the MD)
•The MC will invite the Mobile Head(Nigel) to give his speech on the product features. We will have the global content sync to his speech.
•Post the launch speech, the audience will be asked to walk into the experience zone & check the new phone out.
Samsung Note 8 Launch(Cocktail)
•Global teaser content with be played on the big screen while we have VIP’s walking into the venue.
•The MC addresses the audience the ask the VIP’s whether they are ready to experience bigger things..
•The show starts by MC inviting the MD to the main stage & address the audience.
•Launch Speech by the MD (We will have 2 beautiful models walking the stage to handover the new Samsung Note 8 to the MD. By this time we will sync the launch video & global content to the launch speech by the MD)
•The MC will invite the Mobile Head(Nigel) to give his speech on the product features. We will have the global content sync to his speech.
•The MC will invite the channel manager to give his speech (client to provide content)
•Audience will be asked to walk into the experience zone & check the new phone out. Action stations & cocktails to begin. Music (Live band) to start playing

Booth Design
Size- 20 ft x 10 ft Experience booth with two tables is created everything to experience those all new features on the new Samsung Note 8.

NOTE 8 DISPLAY STAND- We arranged to get invitees to dip their hands into the tank & sign their names on the phone and display that on the live big screen. An Artist sketched portraits and art on the phone and used two 42’ TV to showcase that you can do a lot with an S pen.

BACK DROP- Every single picture was shot via a Samsung Note 8.

By extending 4G coverage across Sri Lanka, HUTCH has taken a giant stride in its mission to provide digital inclusivity to customers from every walk of life and to bring affordable broadband services across the entire country. HUTCH wanted to Engage current HUTCH customers & help them switch their SIM to the new 4G SIM and Attract new competitor customers to get on board by offering them something new (new improved DATA packs)

Truck Design
A LED Consumer Engagement Truck with branded small cars going into deep rural villages & engage small communities. Few games will be deployed to gather crowds towards these mini vehicles.
